Hello friends,

This month we've fixed the issue with closed captions (CC) we'd mentioned in our last tech update. There was a bug that prevented the CC feature from starting up when some browsers didn't like us to ask for multiple connections to the microphone. (one connection for the videoconferencing, and one connection for the CC feature) Since we prioritize making our platform inclusive, it's very important to us to make sure that closed captions work for every browser we support, including their older versions.

We've also improved navigation for managing subscriptions, and fixed a bug that prevented a host from granting presenter privileges to a guest. Special thanks to a customer who pointed out that last issue! <3
